Tickets bought online are only $8 general admission, and at the gate it's $10 and you can use it for the whole weekend Oct. 18-20 2013. Friday open at 4pm-midnight, Saturday and Sunday 12pm-12am, held at Silverton Casino on Dean Martin and Blue Diamond. Presented by Red Dragon. They also have some rides and carnival games. Most of the vendors were food trucks most of them are stationed in Vegas and a few were based in California. All the vendors: http://lasvegasfoodiefest.com/?page_id=199 People were going crazy for the White Castle truck because we don't have it here in Vegas. I wanted to try out Buttermilk, Fuku Burger, Bacon Mania, and White Rabbit but we were too full. |
POTATO CORNER: Originally from the Philippines. Basically flavored french fries like sour cream, cheese, bbq, chili bbq, cinnamon & sugar, and garlic & parmesan. Small (Jumbo), Medium (Mega), Large (Giga). They also have sweet potato fries, loopy fries, tater tots, jojo chips, baked potato and chicken strips. [ http://potatocornerusa.com/] |
Wa da pho: Asian Fusion- from Vegas [www.wadapho.com] |
Some of the food on the menu. |
This was a pho-licious Q taco: Beef brisket with cilantro, onions, tomatoes, and some special sauce; bit spicy but it was bearable for a person who doesn't really like spicy food. Delicious! |
Dragon Grille: from Vegas [www.dragongrille.com] |
Fluff Ice: from California [http://www.fluffice.com/#/ABOUT-US-02-03/] |
Pick a "fluff" flavor and pick what goes on it "fluff"- basically ice cream but shredded, so it's really lightweight, fluffy texture. I got a Coffee fluff with oreos and mochi. It was okay I prefer Kuma Snow Cream [http://www.kumasnowcream.com/]- in Vegas located at Valley View and Spring Mtn. |
